The Chimney Shop Shipping Policy

The Chimney Shop ships orders throughout the United States using a variety of carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight providers. Shipping methods are selected based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some products may require additional processing time due to manufacturer lead times, special ordering requirements, or inventory availability. Estimated lead times shown on product pages are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Times

Transit times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation or reimbursement.

Freight Deliveries

Large or oversized items may ship via LTL freight carrier. Freight shipments require a delivery appointment and an adult must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all freight shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to document damage at delivery may limit our ability to file a freight claim on your behalf.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact The Chimney Shop within 5 business days of delivery. We may require photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage to assist with the claim process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to accept delivery appointments may be subject to additional shipping charges, return freight fees, and restocking fees.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, destination, and shipping method selected. Additional charges may apply for remote delivery locations, liftgate service, residential freight delivery, re-delivery attempts, address corrections, or other carrier-imposed fees.

Backorders and Split Shipments

If an item is out of stock or backordered, we may hold the order until all items are available or ship items separately at our discretion. Customers will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.

Title and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
