The Chimney Shop Return Policy

The Chimney Shop offers a 30-day return policy. To receive proper credit for a return, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once an RA has been issued, the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or more, depending on the product category and manufacturer policies. 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable). 

All returned items must:

  • Be in new, unused condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all original packing materials, parts, and accessories

Orders refused at delivery will be subject to all applicable fees, including return freight charges, outbound shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 25% or more.

If an item arrives damaged in transit or is defective upon arrival (DOA), please contact us immediately. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.
